Shipping Policy

Cumberhill Co accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Ubly, Michigan via USPS. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and follow the standard methods available by USPS. Standard processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. Transit times will vary depending on location. It is usually within 1-5 days for domestic shipping. Once a package has been received by the postal service, we transfer liability to the mail carrier. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail and do not issue refunds or ship out replacement products in those cases.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns as we are not able to resell our products safely. If something is missing or damaged in your order, please contact us so we can do what we can to make it right! Photos of damage is required for refund approval. Pending—unfulfilled orders may be canceled without penalty. Absolutely no returns or cancelations on custom projects.
